There are often a variety of concerns for which people seek counselling and every issue is just as important as any other. You may be experiencing low self-confidence, bereavement, depression. There may have been a change in your life that you are finding difficult to deal with, or a past/present experience, thought, feeling or behaviour that is troubling you. Coming to counselling can be an important step towards empowering a change for yourself and together we can work to overcome any problems at your pace.
